Occaisionally SPAM filters intercept emails. Please check to ensure that the note with the link and the second validation email note are not in your SPAM folder. If they are not in your SPAM folder please add support@tempus-rex.com to safe senders list and then send a note to support@tempus-rex.com for help. ..... Q. I have just signed up for Tempus-Rex. I have captured data on my Blackberry but I can not see my data on the Client Portal. A. Please make sure that you have clicked on validation link sent an email from support@tempus-rex.com with the subject 'Member Validation'. This note was sent out at the same time as the link to the code when you requested your trial. This validation ensures that your Blackberry and email id are valid and allows access to your data.
